Michael is  CIA graduate, and his culinary experiences include Saucier at NY’s “21 Club”, Chef de Cuisine at Arcadia restaurant and Executive Chef at Mickey Mantle’s Restaurant. He also served as the private chef to New York’s Mayor Ed Koch for 4 years.

Michael Salmon is an award-winning hospitality executive with a proven management track record in multi-unit,  high volume and fine-dining establishments nationally. Management experiences include running food services at Macy’s Herald Square, “The Worlds Largest Store” and the US Open Tennis tournament.  More recently he launched a 20,000’ gourmet food market and farm-to-table restaurant for famed Chef Michael Mina in St. Petersburg Florida, and was Director of Operations for two NY Yankees Steakhouses at Yankee Stadium and Rockefeller Center.

Cooking for his family and friends ranks at the top of favorite things, and he is always in search of the perfect tomato!
